The room at No.15 Chambre Dhote was great! I loved having my own private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. It made getting ready in the mornings so convenient. The room also had an electric kettle, which was perfect for making a cup of tea before I started my day. I really liked the cozy seating area too. It was a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The only thing that I wasn't too crazy about was the tile/marble floor in the room. It was a bit cold and hard on my feet.

This charming accommodation is situated right in the heart of a picturesque village. Guests can easily explore the village and its surroundings, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are beautifully furnished with attention to detail, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast served is outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from, including freshly baked bread, pastries, and even waffles made to order. Additionally, guests can enjoy a lovely sit outside in the peaceful garden/terrace area.

There is a slight downside when it comes to the bathroom size, which may seem a bit cramped for some guests. However, this is overshadowed by the large closet available in the room, which makes up for the limited space.

I recently stayed at No.15 Chambre Dhote in a beautiful little town. Steve and Jane, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and responsive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast they provided was outstanding with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I particularly enjoyed the sunny garden and terrace. Charroux itself is a quiet and charming village, not too touristy but with nice countryside. it was a fantastic place to stay and I highly recommend it. - Merijn

what a gem in charroux! the house is beautifully renovated by the welcoming hosts with great attention to detail. breakfast was a highlight, truly the best on our trip. the village is stunning and worth exploring, despite some closures due to a french holiday. highly recommend a stay here - exceeded our expectations!
